I have been thinking about making a line of envelope and card sets.  I have three themes in mind and for each theme I would have three variations.  Each theme would be a set (is this making any sense?)   Here are my themes: insects (beetles, butterflies, grasshoppers) nature (bark, leaves, feathers) and geometric shapes (triangles, zig zags, and swirls).  I wouldn't mis match themes, for each themes I would have three different sized shapes and versions of the image for a car/envelope.  For example one card might have a big beetle on the front a tiny new beetle on the front corner of the envelope and a medium sized beetle on the back seal.  Soo.. If i did these three sets with three subsets each I would have to make  27 stamps.  Which is plausible -  I just need to make time.  Hmmm give me suggestions... I'm still working this out in my head.

I've posted images of Ana Kras lanterns a few months ago.  Well I revisited her site and found more stuff I want!  I love this garment rack!  There are no prices listed on her site - which probably means it is 240,987,207,523,789,347 dollars ... oh well.  I added a drawing of hers at the bottom too, made from crayons on draft paper.  Since it is officially summer I thought the picture was quite appropriate.  Happy Summer!!!

I ran into this girls etsy shop.  She has some pretty great stuff.  I have been trying to do some research before I get mine going.  I am pretty shocked to see how pricey everything is.  Anyways in more exciting news, I am going camping this weekends with the girls.  Finally!!

So my new co-worker was absolutely shocked to learn that I have never heard of stumble upon.com .  So of course she wrote down the site for me and insisted I go to it.  So I did, as soon as I got home.  I'm not going to go into what it is, because I'm pretty sure it would be like me explaining facebook or google.  But anyways I love it, and this was the first image/site they referred me to.  CUTE.

Oh my god!! So I ran into this girls blog/site - http://seecreatures.com and she has the cutest pictures  of Alpacas ever!  I have never seen them in real life before and don't know much about them - but I am officially curious.

Blahzz sorry these pictures suck - I should really get someone to take pictures for me.  Anywhoo my friend Reanna gathered a bunch of small pieces of drift wood and drilled tiny teeny wholes in them to make jewelry.  We are starting to dedicate our Sunday evenings to prepare stocking up for our etsy shop.  This past Sunday I made these pieces while watching Up in the Air, with George Clooney - I was unimpressed (not by him of course, but by the movie itself).

Clothes

So I haven't posted anything in a long time, though I'm not sure anyone may have noticed... because I'm not sure anyone actually reads this.  I have spent the past week travelling around the world.  Okay maybe not that far - but I went to my friend Monika's wedding in Brooklyn - it was the greatest of the greatest (I will post some pictures later) and to my Grandparents cottage on Foxton Lake in PA (also pics to come).  Here are some clothes I found and like and want and need.
